Locally owned and operated, our practice is led by Dr. Tara Wilson, Dr. Christie Scanlon, Dr. Michelle Andrusyszyn, and Dr. Adam Hahn, who are dedicated to providing exceptional dentistry rooted in trust, expertise, and genuine connection. MEET OUR DOCTORS

Dr. Tara Wilson received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology with a sub-discipline in Chemistry from Michigan State University. Upon graduation she attended the University of Detroit Mercy and earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Wilson enjoys being with her family, working out, running, snowboarding, cooking, and reading. She and her husband, Evan, have two children.
Dr. Shalhoub obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She then furthered her education at the university by attending dental school and earning a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. In her free time, Dr. Shalhoub enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and cooking. She and her husband, Alex, have three children.
Dr. Andrusyszyn completed her Bachelor’s degree at Northern Michigan University, majoring in Physiology with a minor in Chemistry. She then continued with her dental training at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, boating, biking, hiking, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Eric, have three children.
Dr. Christie first attended the University of Michigan Honors College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science. She then attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry to complete her D.D.S. program with a Ph.D. in Oral Health Sciences. Dr. Christie is an Invisalign provider. Dr. Christie is now a consultant with The Dental Advisor. This academic / research group provides dental professionals with evidence-based and clinically relevant information on dental restorative products, infection control products and dental equipment. This allows Dr. Christie to bring state of the art products and procedures to our patients at CSW. In her spare time, Dr. Christie and her husband love spending time with their four little boys. They enjoy swimming, camping, and traveling together.
William (Bill) Mathers, DDS, is a dedicated dental professional with deep roots in South Lyon, Michigan. A graduate of South Lyon High School, Dr. Mathers pursued his passion for dentistry through the University of Detroit Mercy’s accelerated seven-year dental program, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Having been immersed in the dental field from an early age, he brings both lifelong experience and a strong commitment to patient care. Dr. Mathers is certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in the administration of Botox for both esthetic purposes and the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders. He is also trained in clear aligner therapy, offering patients a discreet and effective option for achieving straighter, healthier smiles. Currently residing in Berkley, Michigan, with his fiancée, Dr. Mathers enjoys an active lifestyle outside the clinic. He is an avid runner who trains for marathons, enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time on the lake with friends and family. After working in other parts of Michigan, he is excited to be back serving the Brighton area.

Shannon has been a part of the CSW Dental family since 2019. She received her Associates in Applied Sciences in Dental Assisting from Washtenaw Community College and her RDA from the State of Michigan in 2006. Shannon has held RDA licensures in both Michigan and Tennessee. She is an active member of the American Dental Assistants Association and she enjoys being a guest speaker for the Washtenaw Community College Dental Assisting program. In her free time, she enjoys time spent with her family.
Linda has been a valued member of the CSW family since 1996. She is the Lead Billing Coordinator and brings years of billing expertise to our office to help our patients navigate their insurance questions.
Tricia has worked at CSW Dental since 2018 – beginning her role as a Patient Care Coordinator and now the Team Lead for the Hygiene Department. Outside of work & in her spare time; Tricia has a love for reading, Peloton, taking hikes & baking! She and her husband share 3 children together & spend most weekends cheering them on at the soccer fields!
Kelli has worked in dentistry since 1986, starting in high school and eventually falling in love with dental hygiene. She enjoys helping patients improve their oral health and values the friendships built along the way. A collector of celebrity autographs and selfies from comic cons, Kelli also loves touring movie filming locations on weekends. Her perfect day includes reading on the deck, walking with her husband, and spending time with their four adult kids, two grandchildren, and sweet pug, Zola.
Marisa is a dental hygienist who found her passion for dentistry after overcoming a childhood fear of the dentist - thanks to a kind and supportive team that changed her perspective. She loves helping others feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, watching movies, and spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our golden retriever. Summer is my favorite season!
Mackenzie's love for dentistry began in childhood, playfully turning car seats into dental chairs. In the summer you’ll find her by the lake or around a backyard bonfire. She’s married with a 3-year-old daughter and two golden doodles, Bailey and Finley. Friends describe her as empathetic, caring, and loyal.
Inspired by her pediatric dentist, Dr. Cabot, and her brother’s experience with compassionate medical care, she found her calling in dentistry—driven by a desire to help others. Stephanie is a devoted mom to two energetic boys, ages 2 and 5, and loves spending weekends outdoors with her family and friends. Whether she’s chasing her kids around the yard or enjoying a sunny afternoon with loved ones, Stephanie brings warmth, care, and a love for connection to everything she does.
Madison has been providing clean smiles for patients since 2008. Madison enjoys getting to know her patients and providing a thorough hygiene visit with a gentle touch. Madison is a Hartland native and now lives in Brighton Township with her husband, two daughters and mixed-breed dog. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, drinking coffee and thrift shopping.
Carissa has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2007 who fell into the field. Wife, mother, and owner of an English mastiff puppy. She treasures quiet coffee, pedicures, cooking, family weekends. Friends call her creative, caring, goofy.
Stacy is the Team Leader for our dental assistants. She is truly a jack of all trades with the ability to help in every department. Her 35 years of dental experience is a huge benefit to our office and to our patients.
Rachael has worked as a Registered Dental Assistant for more than 25 years, giving her a strong foundation in patient care and everyday clinical work. Outside of the office, she’s a mom of four who enjoys keeping life centered around family, and friends. She’s happiest near the water, exploring new places, and making the most of her time with the people she loves.
Judy has been a dental assistant with CSW Dental since 2004. Inspired by her braces journey, she pursued dentistry to help others smile with confidence. Her mom taught her to lead with kindness, and friends describe her as positive, happy, and thoughtful.
I love playing golf on a beautiful, warm, sunny day. My husband and I love cruising for our vacations. Something about being out in the middle of the ocean is peaceful and relaxing. We also love taking our 2 dogs for walks and spending time with our family.
Danielle received her RDA from Washtenaw Community College in 2016 and she has been working with CSW Dental ever since! She got married in 2020 to her husband, Kenny, and they have 3 cats and a dog. In her spare time she loves to read, bake or camp with her family all around Michigan. Disney world is her happy place and she dreams about pumpkin spice lattes, Halloween and cozy sweaters all year around.
Shannon is a loving, hardworking, and strong individual who finds joy in helping others, which is one of the reasons she chose dentistry. Her perfect day off includes sleeping in, a beach visit, and a cozy BBQ dinner at home. She’s a fan of white cheddar popcorn and has a soft spot for horses, which she affectionately calls “really big dogs.” Shannon lives with two dogs and a horse. Her guiding advice: follow and trust your heart.
Wife and mom to 4 kiddos and a chocolate lab! I love waking up early and enjoying a good cup of coffee before the rest of the house wakes up. Summer is my favorite season because it holds all the good things in life: warm sunshine, ice cream, bonfires and going to the beach! On the weekends you would find me taking a class on my peloton bike, cooking a yummy meal for my family or chasing after my kids!
Nicole has been a Registered Dental Assistant for the past four years graduating from Washtenaw Community College. Before entering dentistry, she graduated from Pioneer High School, where she was a dedicated track and field athlete. She still holds the school record in the triple jump. She competed in the Junior Olympics three times, placing first two of those three times in triple jump. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Nala, who keeps life fun and full of personality.
I am originally from Minnesota. I moved to Michigan to continue my education and pursue a career in dental hygiene. I am currently gaining hands-on experience as a dental assistant at CSW Dental, and I’m eager to grow within this profession! I am committed to continuous learning and focusing on building a strong foundation in both basic techniques and advanced clinical skills as I work toward my goal of becoming a dental hygienist.
Jodie — poet at heart who adores butterflies for their beauty and memories of her grandmother. Married to Doug for 28 years, proud mom of three sons (Hunter, Gabe, Cody) and dog Leo. Loves freshly brewed coffee each morning. Dreams of mastering singing. Lives by “worry about nothing, pray about everything.” Most proud of being told she raised three wonderful boys. Friends call her kind, patient, and fun.
Kristen is a proud night owl who loves winding down with a good movie and homemade popcorn. Her perfect day off starts with sleeping in, reading on the deck, and a refreshing dip in the pool. She’s been fascinated by polar bears ever since watching a documentary in fifth grade about cubs born at the San Diego Zoo—and the obsession stuck. Kristen’s love for stories, animals, and quiet moments makes her a thoughtful and curious spirit. Whether she’s diving into a book or stargazing late into the night, she brings warmth and wonder to everything she does.
Maura is a curious early riser with a love for hippos, cookie dough popcorn, and the smell of burning leaves that reminds her of Halloween. She’s married with three beloved cat “children” and once tried cat food—just to satisfy her curiosity. Her favorite fictional character is Shrek, admired for being unapologetically himself, and she dreams of living in the Barbie of Swan Lake universe (especially for the wardrobe). If she could have any superpower, it’d be probability manipulation to attract luck.
